About Dine to Thrive: Helping in the Fight Against Cancer With Gourmet Meals
My name is Wade Armstrong. I founded Dine to Thrive in 2006, to help people — like my Mother, a breast cancer survivor — who want to eat right to help in their fight against, or to prevent, cancer. I spoke with a variety of cancer survivors, including my Mom, to learn about the challenges they had encountered trying to eat right as they fought cancer. I learned how important it was to have home-delivered gourmet meals that actually make it easy to eat what healthcare providers advise.
So I brought acclaimed Chef Hideyo Mitsuno, known for his combination of Asian and European flavors, together with dietitians from some of Los Angeles's top hospitals, to design a menu that is both delicious and reflects the latest evidence-based scientific knowledge to help in the fight against cancer.I'm very proud of our nutrient-dense, immune-boosting, low-fat gourmet meals, and I'm excited to share them with you.
Because we all believe in doing the right thing, Dine to Thrive is committed to socially-responsible business practices, including evidence-based medical nutrition, sustainable hiring, and concern for the environment. We can't help you become healthy unless we're healthy ourselves. Try our meals now.
